Akomplice Fall 2012 Collection

Akomplice never stops changing the game. Case in point: the lookbook for their Fall 2012 collection. While most of us watched the recent Democratic National Convention from the comfort of our own homes, Akomplice took to the streets of Charlotte, N.C. with photographers Blake Peterson and Rebecca Collett. Using the politically charged environment as the backdrop to showcase their new range, what they encountered was a polarized scene that went unreported inside the Time Warner Cable Arena – and to the world.

“I couldn’t believe the crazy stuff we saw,” says Akomplice co-owner Patrick Liberty. “And what’s even crazier is the news doesn’t give it a three-second clip. I guess they don’t want the people to realize what’s happening.”
